Adam Bowman is phenomenal! I am so grateful to have found him. I am in the healthcare industry and my body often hurts due to the strain I put it through, having a stressful schedule, and the work I do in helping others. Adam always seems to find those tense spots, the knots, and the "owies". He never over powers them- but slowly and surely works them out of my body. Before going to Spa 4 Life, I was seeing my doctor and getting Xrays and MRIs. I often wondered if something was wrong. But after seeing him- I have found relief. I also send my mom to see him!
